✅ Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
- You provide the original invoice or proof of purchase
- The product is not listed as non-returnable (see below)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Opened software or products with activated licenses
- Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale
🔄 Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for the same item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue, with clear photos or videos if applicable.
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
🚚 Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
